City Of Kissimmee issued the following announcement on Mar. 11.
The City of Kissimmee was part of the groundbreaking for the Dillingham Apartments. This new housing will be built specifically for low-income individuals who are mentally ill, some of who may also be recovering from substance abuse.
Park Place is leading the charge, but we are grateful for the partnerships of Birdsong Housing Partners and the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners.
The 30 units being built won’t just become permanent housing; supportive resources will also be available. This means tenants will be living in a facility that will give them access to wrap-around services—Something that goes hand in hand with the City’s vision.
