Edgewood Police Department issued the following announcement on Jan. 19.
MOVE OVER!!!!!
Last year the Edgewood Police Department learned first hand how important it is for drivers to vacate the lane nearest them when on a traffic stop.
Remember to MOVE OVER or SLOW DOWN when there is first responder, sanitation vehicle, utility service vehicle, Road Ranger or wrecker and always signal the intention to change lanes.
