City Of St. Cloud issued the following announcement on Dec. 24.
We are partnering with Toho Water Authority and OUC The Reliable One for our New Year's Eve party, "Rockin’ The Cloud," downtown from 7 p.m. to 1 .a.m. on Dec. 31. This New Year's celebration will offer three stages of live entertainment, with performances from Maiden Voyage, Harlequin and our event headliner, The Supervillains.
