City Of St. Cloud issued the following announcement on Dec. 01.
We have partnered with the Osceola School Board to provide an additional parking location and shuttle stop for the holiday events happening downtown this weekend. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the shuttle will have an additional stop at the Ross E. Jeffries school, located at the corner of 13th and Vermont.
You can park there and ride the free shuttle to the downtown area for the tree lighthing, Christmas parade, and holiday festival. The shuttle also stops at the Lakefront by Crabby Bills, at the shuffleboard courts, at the First United Methodist Church parking lot at 10th and Ohio, and at the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce downtown. For these special events this weekend, the shuttle will operate: Dec. 2 -- Tree Lighting, 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.Dec. 3 -- Christmas parade, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.Dec. 4 -- Holiday Festival, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The shuttle vehicle is an 11-passenger van with St. Cloud Shuttle digitally displayed on the upper front window. The map shows the shuttle route and parking areas. We look forward to seeing you downtown this weekend to kick off the holiday season. St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce
