Osceola County Commissioners proclaimed Monday as West 192 Development Authority day. According to the proclamation: through its commitment and fortitude, the West 192 Development Authority has been visionary in its responsibilities to oversee all of the programs and projects related to planning, coordinating, implementing and managing the redevelopment and revitalization of the West 192 Corridor -- including the West 192 Community Redevelopment Area and the West 192 Municipal Service Benefit Unit -- in order to enhance the functioning and aesthetics of the District.
