County Of Osceola recently issued the following announcement.
District 4 Commissioner Cheryl Grieb invites you to a free Back to School Backpack Giveaway inside Hart Memorial Central Library! Backpacks and supply kits will be available for the first 400 K-12 students to help prepare for the new school year. (Students must be present and accompanied by parent/guardian.)
• Library opens at 9 a.m.
• Distribution will begin at 9:30 a.m.
In addition to the backpack giveaway, residents can sign up for a library card, learn about Osceola Library programs and enjoy STEAM and reading activities.
