Of the 19,833 people living in Hunters Creek in 2020, 50 percent (9,907) were women and 50 percent (9,926) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Orlando News.

There were as many males 18 and over as females. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,231 females and 1,285 males.
