On Jan. 18, James Alan Clark and H. and Doris J. Clark James (revocable trust) sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4521 Foreland Place, Orlando to Benjamin Laube for $345,000.

This property is the only sale in Dover Shores East so far in January 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Doris J. Clark (89) has been registered to vote since 1972.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
