County Of Osceola issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
District 3 Osceola County Commissioner Brandon Arrington hosted a free, drive-thru Christmas Meal Distribution Saturday morning at St Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Christmas Dinner Boxes were distributed to feed 600 families.
Assisting were volunteers from the church, the Interact Club of New Dimensions High School, the Rotary Club of Kissimmee West, and others from the community. The Osceola County Sheriff's Office and its Explorers' unit played a key role, too.
