On Sept. 30, Carlos Mainetto sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 3630 Molona Drive, Hunters Creek to Eduardo Jose and Monica Del Pilar Henao for $380,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $4,211.93. This is 1.11% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 18, 2007 for $340,000.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Hunters Creek as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eduardo Jose Henao has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3630 Molona Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Eduardo Jose Henao, 56, and Leonidas Phillips, 48.
