The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,517.42, 1.35% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 9, 2005 for $231,200.

So far in December 2020, this is the only property that sold in Avalon Lakes as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 1245 Willow Branch Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Paola Nicole Rivera Ocasio, 25, Mary A. Lippincott, 70, Loraine Nicole Rivera Ocasio, 25, and Willie Colon Hernandez, 42.
