The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,518.65, 1.51% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Florida Center North in January 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Christopher Thomas Bonaros (45) has been registered to vote since 2000.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
