The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3416 Pelican Lane, Orlando was sold on Feb. 25 by Thomas Andrew and John Thomas and Catherine Ann Pitlak and Lauraine Susan and Lauraine Pitlak Ludwig for $290,000. The buyer was Merchants Quay LLC.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,915.51, 1.7% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Audubon Park so far in February 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Thomas Andrew Pitlak (55) has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
