The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 815 Royal Palm Court, Orlando was sold on Feb. 25 by Walter H. and Lee A. Phillips for $310,000. The buyers were Loc and Thu Hien Nguyen.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,464.98, 1.44% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2021, this is the only property that sold in Colonial Town North as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Walter Harold Stansfie Phillips has been registered to vote since 1992. Lee A. Phillips has been registered to vote since 1996.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 815 Royal Palm Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: James F. Grant, 59, Walter Harold Stansfie Phillips, 56, Julio Cesar Reynoso, 57, and Lee A. Phillips, 53.
