The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $526.60, 0.22% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2021, this is the only property that sold in as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marilyn G. Donfris (87) has been registered to vote since 1988.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
