The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $572.64, 0.23% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 16, 2009 for $123,500.

So far in March 2021, two properties sold in Sky Lake.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Meri Dragicevic has been registered to vote since 2008. Todor Dragicevic has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 827 Evangeline Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Meri Dragicevic, 47, Danijela Dragicevic, 21, and Todor Dragicevic, 49.
