This home last sold on June 13, 2018 for $590,000.

This property is the only sale in Thornton Park so far in March 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kelly E. Calabresi has been registered to vote since 2008. Phillip Calabresi has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 28 Mills Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kelly E. Calabresi, 45, Phillip Calabresi, 42, and Sebastian Edward Calabresi, 24.
