On March 31, Jason A. and Denise B. Meyers purchased a four bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home at 12867 Butler Bay Court, Lake Butter from Brent T. and Amy Jordan for $230,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $9,502.02, 4.13% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $675,000 on Aug. 3, 2010.

So far in March 2021, five properties sold in Lake Butter.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Amy D. Jordan has been registered to vote since 1996. Brent Thomas Jordan has been registered to vote since 1998.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
