The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,088.73, 1.07% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 17, 2014 for $445,000.

This property is one of five sales so far in Lake Butter in March 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kevin Lloyd Waters has been registered to vote since 2008. Brooke Lynn Waters has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 6430 Crestmont Glen Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kevin Lloyd Waters, 46, Brooke Lynn Waters, 48, and Nathan Lloyd Waters, 21.
