On June 30, Alan and Shannon Truex purchased a five bedroom, three bathroom home at 17616 Woodfield Hill Court, Bithlo from Alexander M. and Amy F. Cooley for $430,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $2,370.34, which is 0.55% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 5, 2001 for $227,100.

So far in June 2021, this is the only property that sold in Bithlo as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Amy F. Cooley has been registered to vote since 2002. Alexander M. Cooley has been registered to vote since 2002.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 17616 Woodfield Hill Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Amy F. Cooley, 52, Alexander M. Cooley, 57, Caleb Foster Sellers, 21, and Dane Alden Cooley, 20.
