On July 23, Laurence and Xueling Toews sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 9818 Caroline Park Drive, Orlando to Donnie Ryan and Roberto Lauderbaugh Pagan for $465,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,782.10, 0.6% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 8, 2006. It last sold for $344,500.

This property is the only sale in East Park so far in July 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Laurence Donn Toews has been registered to vote since 1999. Xueling Toews has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 9818 Caroline Park Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Laurence Donn Toews, 67, Xueling Toews, 47, Emile Alfred Boucher, 65, and Hanz Toews, 20.
