On July 26, Buell G. III and Allan G. Duncan, Nancy Duncan Bryan and Patricia Duncan Gillooly sold their five bedroom, three bathroom home at 1200 Country Lane, Orlando to Mali Adams and William Vincent McGehee for $820,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,066.65, 0.5% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in Spring Lake as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Patricia J. Duncan (93) has been registered to vote since 1970.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
