On July 29, Porfirio Galvez Diaz purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 13137 Dallas Woods Lane, Meadow Woods from Sebastien Alexander Cruz for $270,000.

This property is the only sale in Meadow Woods so far in July 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sebastien Alexander Cruz has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 13137 Dallas Woods Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Julio C. Cruz, 75, and Sebastien Alexander Cruz, 30.
