County Of Osceola issued the following announcement on Nov. 11.
Today, the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners proudly recognizes Veterans Day and wishes to express the utmost gratitude to all our veterans, and especially to the County's 17,000 veteran citizens and the 2,000 veteran owned businesses.
We are also extraordinarily proud to honor the 160 veterans who are members of our own workforce, whose hard work and efforts continue to contribute to the growth and prosperity of Osceola County! Thank you to all who have served and continue to serve.
