The four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1115 Waters Court, Orlando was sold on June 23 by Robert and Eloisa Copenhaver, Copenhaver Family Revocable Living and Copenhaver Family (revocable living trust) for $308,700. The buyers were David P. and Heidi L. Onken, Eloisa and Robert Copenhaver, Copenhaver Family (revocable living trust) and Copenhaver Family Revocable Living.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,293.70, 1.39% of the sale price of the home.

So far in June 2020, this is the only property that sold in Waterford Lakes as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, David Paul Onken has been registered to vote since 2017. Heidi Lynn Onken has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
