On June 23, Rickie D. and Karen A. Owens sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1345 Selbydon Way, Winter Garden to Marc Daubar and Kiera J Fortune for $352,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,250.68, 1.21% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $350,000 on Sept. 14, 2018.

So far in June 2020, two properties sold in Winter Garden.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Rickie Dewayne Owens has been registered to vote since 2019. Karen Ann Owens has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
