On June 24, Rebecca Ruby Vasquez and Aiden Ulysses Bowers purchased a five bedroom, four bathroom home at 12313 Westfield Lakes Circle, Winter Garden from Colleen M. and Terence W. Rea for $499,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,045.93, 1.01% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $370,000 on Jan. 8, 2014.

So far in June 2020, two properties sold in Winter Garden.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Terence William Rea has been registered to vote since 2014. Colleen Marie Rea has been registered to vote since 2014.
