This property is one of two sales so far in Bay Hill in June 2020.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, John F. Houde has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 8518 Tulip Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christine J. Houde, 54, John F. Houde, 53, and Grace Michelle Houde, 18.
