The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,124.25, 1.16% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $345,000 on Oct. 31, 2017.

This property is one of two sales so far in Doctor Phillips in August 2020.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Krysten Marie Idoni has been registered to vote since 2018. Kevin Patrick Idoni has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 8484 Sandberry Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christopher Jeffery Ross, 41, Krysten Marie Idoni, 30, and Kevin Patrick Idoni, 32.
