On March 30, Benito R. and Irma T. Gonzalez sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 9212 Sonia St., Orlando to Sph Property Three LLC for $336,600.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,593.98, 0.47% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2021, this is the only property that sold in Central as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Irma T. Gonzalez has been registered to vote since 1994. Benito Gonzalez has been registered to vote since 1996.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 9212 Sonia St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Irma Rivera, 87, Irma T. Gonzalez, 68, and Benito Gonzalez, 68.
