Central Florida Preparatory School issued the following announcement on Sep. 10.
This week Upper School students participating in our Culinary elective classes had to peel and slice a potato and mince garlic. Every student EARNED an A! Chef Andrea had never seen such amazing progress (even at the college level). We are so incredibly proud of every one of them and cannot believe how far they have come in such a short time considering just a couple of weeks ago we were showing them how to hold a knife.
The students also completed all of the prep work for the mashed potatoes and other spices for our lunch in the cafeteria, which was DELICIOUS!
