New York City Market Director Angelo Ambrosino remembers 9/11: "I always think about all the children who lost a parent. It's something that the term #NeverForget really means something. It's a tough reminder of all of the brave men and women running into the building when everyone was running out. Someone who I went to high school with was a fireman who ran into the building and never came out. Every year during 9/11, my thoughts and prayers are with all the families who had a loss."
