Tohopekaliga High School issued the following announcement on Aug. 06.
Amazing mural made by Two of our Latinos in Action students ( started in July and just finished today! ) at East Lake Elementary, school in which we tutor the ESOL kids . Laura Cely , who created the master piece and Edwin Vega Ramos who helped her out .
We have students with amazing talents. #liatkhs
