Naylee Cortes, a standout from Central Pointe Christian Academy, took the court on Thursday, March 5, helping the Charleston Cougars secure a 66-43 victory against the Stony Brook Seawolves.
The 5-foot-10 senior, who plays both shooting guard and small forward, recorded seven points and grabbed three rebounds in her seven minutes on the floor.
Cortes and the Cougars next play the North Carolina A&T Aggies on the road Saturday, March 7, at 2 p.m.
