On January 22, 2026, deputies from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of indecent exposure at Grassendale Street in Windsor Hills Resort, Kissimmee. Witnesses stated that a man exposed himself in front of a residence and provided both statements and cell phone video evidence showing the individual partially clothed and engaged in inappropriate behavior. The suspect had left before law enforcement arrived.
During their investigation, deputies learned that the suspect and his wife were listed as hosts for Airbnb properties on Grassendale Street and Almaton Loop within Windsor Hills Resort. Authorities also reviewed a previous complaint from January 21 about a nude male seen in a shared hallway. The resident who reported this incident provided footage from their ring camera.
Deputies canvassed the area around Almaton Loop and gathered further statements from residents who described similar incidents involving the same suspect. Some of these incidents had previously been reported to the homeowners association (HOA) in December. Residents also shared Blink camera videos depicting the suspect either partially clothed or nude in hallways.
Following these reports, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Kevin Dale Westerhold, born August 7, 1974, of Oviedo, Florida. On January 27, 2026, Westerhold was arrested near his home by officers from the Oviedo Police Department at the request of Osceola County authorities and booked into Seminole County Jail on charges of exposure of sexual organs.
The sheriff’s office is asking anyone with additional information regarding other possible incidents to contact them.
