On Thursday, May 22, former Olympia High School standout Liam Furey’s current collegiate team the West Florida Argonauts lost 1-8 against the Tampa Spartans in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at UT Baseball Field at 12 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Tampa Spartans in the tournament.

The West Florida Argonauts’ next game will take place on Friday, May 23 at 12 p.m. at UT Baseball Field.
